I reaaaally love playing this game and actually this is the kind of game i was looking for. I really love the messages of the mushrooms because those are the words i really need to hear rn ;-;. I love doing the sidequests however there's this one last sidequest I'm having trouble completing because i don't know what potion "tastes earthy" :(( . But overall, from the artstyle, to the sidequests and battles, i really loved them, and i hope to play another game from u <3
What a cute little game. (Literally, I wanted to chew on the artstyle its so adorable). The plot is so sweet. I had so much fun with the quests this is exactly the game I wanted. I struggled a bit at the end but it was worth it. The mushrooms were my favourite detail had me tearing up I really needed to hear those words. My games glitched. Basically I exited the path to the beach and then Violet disappeared. I saved in file 10 and reloaded but she's still gone. I don't want to replay it because my last save file is before you fight The Keeper, any way to fix this?
I LOVEEEEE THIS GAME!!! I finally finished it yesterday, the ending was beautiful! now I went back before the final battle to do all the quests, but I have a few questions.
1. In the ending, we get a "happily ever after (?)", what is that question mark supposed to mean?
2. There's a creature I still haven't discovered, apparently, and I don't know where to find it.
3. There's still a "troubled soul" I have to help, but I don't have any more quests available. I don't know where to find this being I have to help :c
2&3. oh, I'll tell you the quests I've cleared because what I'm missing is probably a quest. I've done Potion's ingredient request, Stolen necklace, Arrows restock, Lost child, Urgent ??? potions, snowfleake hunt, That one melody, and Secret potion mission. Also, the creatures I've met are Lavantula, Hermiitake (dark and bright), Morning Goo, Morning Hue, Bumblebirdee, Cheercedar, Lurker, Mole, Snowfleake, Bitty, Salagator, Stumper. Quill-o-the-wisp, dreamcaptor, oworm, (the one i'm missing is positioned here on the creature list), Sirencer, And the Keeper
Maybe there's a secret area I havent found, but the only secret part I've seen is the one in the woods where I can enter only i n cat form and there's bittys that drop berries

hi, I love this game, but I was about to finish and I saved in the same slot as all my other saves. I can't defeat the final boss (the fog) because I'm too weak. is there any way to somehow erase my last save, or to be stronger? I really wanna be able to finish the game without having to do it all over (It took me months to get to this point :c)
I really hope there's a solution to my problem :( I feel so stupid for never having saved in another slot. If the only way is doing it all over, then I guess I'm gonna have to leave the game and come back in some months. I've been playing during my few free time during this school year, so it took me like 4 months, and i don't want it to take me four more months to be able to finish. I'll just wait until vacation, so i can complete it in a week and not have to wait so much to see the end. I really want to see Violet and Honora get together :C

just grind and get yourself overleveled. Like around level 15 should be enough to overpower the boss.
the most powerful move you can use is Double Arrow, if you're faster and lucky enough you can STUN the boss.
when the minions appear, you can decide for yourself whether to take out the minions first or the boss first. But keep in mind that the boss sometimes would weaken the minions to heal (which could work to your advantage).
also notice when the boss dives in,you will get transformed back to your human form if you were a cat.Maybe it's a good idea to Guard after the boss dives in to reduce the damage taken and you can heal mana while you're at it.
additionally, you can steal the enemies' OFFENSE buff, put them to sleep, etc.Don't forget healing potions as well.
i was an hour into the game and it turned off for some reason and i lost all my saves,it maybe wasn't far but i really don't want to repeat it, maybe ill try playing again some other time, the game is very cute though!!

I'm not an English speaker, so I've been playing slowly while translating, and I've now beaten the second boss of the fourth in five hours of play! As per the KNOWN ISSUES, I didn't talk to Strigi before defeating the boss, and now it freezes. I have a question, I can't get to the place where the 5th orb is currently, do I need to talk to Strigi in order to proceed? Or is it something else? Please help!
Pretty great game and finished all the way to the end, however I'm having trouble into the last quest (for the reward), which is basically the secret potion, specifically the first potion. All it says it taste earth. But I'm really trying my best, and still no luck, and I already read every potion description. Are there any hints I have missed on the potion I need (the taste earth one) to make for the combination?
About the potion, don't worry, you didn't miss anything. I didn't give any hint regarding what it might be other than its taste. And the only hints for its ingredients were very subtle and too vague (hinted by the NPC with the fruits hunt quest).So yeah that's on me lol.
There were others asking about it too. In case you still need a hint for it, here's a little hint: It's an enchantment/buffing potion which ingredients are a berry and a dropped item you can only get from one specific enemy^^

Hi, you can't put the orange orb in the rose as it doesn't have the same color as the orb^^ About the glowing violet, let's just say Violet forgot about it so you won't be able to talk to Corvi about it.
Can you open the game folder for me and then open the "www" folder then see if there's a folder named "save" there? Idk if you have started a new game or not but is there anything inside the folder? Screenshoot it maybe?
Just finished it and I loved it! The art was beautiful, the plot was sweet, and just very well done over all. Great job!! One of my favorite games I've played recently.
I was a little stuck on how to get potions and quests so I think a few more hints would be good, but I also liked that it didn't hold your hand too much, made it little more engaging. One problem was that I wasn't able to talk to that person in lily valley to get my prize when I finished all the quests though.
I'm playing this game and i'm loving it! But there is a part where i'm stuck and it is combining the "Some potion" with another that taste earthly. I think i know what posion is but i need to make it and for that i need berries but i cant find them anywhere (it looks like I used them all) Is there a way to have more berries?
Hi, thank you :D you can get more berries in the hidden small paths,the ones that you can only enter if you're in your cat form. There's the enemy Bitty there but instead of dropping its usual dropped item, it would drop berries there^^
Hello again! I have finished the game and i love it. I loved the ¿Aesthetic? the game has and its all so warm and cozy and AAAAA I LOVE IT. I noticed that the snail that should tell you about the love posion didn't told me anything about it, I just guess what i had to do because of one comment here Another thing is that I dind't know what to do with the lady in the sea, the one that is sleeping (Its the only soul that i couldn't help i think) can you give me a clue?

If you talked to the snail at the northern part first then talk to the snail at the swamp, the snail would tell you about the love potion. But well once they told you the recipe, they won't talk about it again.
The lady at the sea doesn't have any quest to give to you. She's just there lol
I've been playing this game for almost 2 hours now and I think I've found a game breaking glitch. When I talk to the owl in the tent, it goes as usual and teaches me something. However it suddenly prompts another dialogue and I'm stuck in the tent. Stuck as in all the controls do not work. I'm unsure if this is because I carried my save file over from the original to 1.2 but I hope it can be fixed!
Oh thank you for reporting it, can you tell me more details as to what this other dialogue is and what melodies did you learn right before the bug occurred?
And can you also provide a screenshot as well? I'll try to figure out what causes it in the meantime.

The snail on the swamp would tell you about the love potion's recipe if you had already talked to the snail on the northern side of the deeper forest. But well, the snail won't mention the hint twice after telling you the recipe.
I'll give you some little hints: Love potion needs a berry (not telling which one) and an item that would only be dropped by one specific enemy. While poison potion needs two different kinds of items and both should be poisonous. If you're still confused, you can ask for more hints. Good luck with the brewing^^
Now that I've finished the game (the original version), I have to say, this is far more substantial than I was ever thinking it would be. With some added polish and art, it could pretty easily work as a retail game, I think. The pacing was nice, with new areas, items, and mechanics to find pretty consistently throughout the game. I really enjoyed the cute story, the battle art, the enemy designs, and the world.
There were a few things that I think could be improved, some of which seem to have already been. The two later bosses felt a little HP spongey compared to your damage output, but I think you've fixed that already. I found status effects to be a bit too common at times, especially poison, which was a pain when antidotes were so limited. There was also one instance of an enemy (the dreamcatcher one) putting me to sleep so consistently that I was stun-locked to death on turn one. Even with the accessory to reduce sleep chance, I found that I was getting put to sleep very often (I think this item should make you immune personally). Finally, I liked how many skills there were in the game and they all seemed pretty unique, but it did seem like there wasn't quite enough incentive to actually use most of them, because they were either too limited or came with weird drawbacks that made them not worth it. I found myself wishing they were getting stronger over time more often instead.
Outside of battle, besides the question I had already asked and some of the things you already fixed (like healing right at the end), I think things were all pretty good. My biggest critique would just be that the overworld art could be improved to be more in line with the gorgeous combat art, but it looks totally fine for a jam game.
But yeah, overall, this is an awesome game and I was really impressed. Clearly a lot of hardwork was put into it and it turned out as something really cool. If you made this a retail game, I'd pay money for it!

How does one obtain another rose to put the orange globe on and talk to Corvi about the glowing violet?
Hi, you can't put the orange orb in the rose as it doesn't have the same color as the orb^^ About the glowing violet, let's just say Violet forgot about it so you won't be able to talk to Corvi about it.
The file I saved yesterday seems to have disappeared. I xed out of the game, and to replay it, I have to go through the prologue again.

Just finished it and I loved it! The art was beautiful, the plot was sweet, and just very well done over all. Great job!! One of my favorite games I've played recently.
I was a little stuck on how to get potions and quests so I think a few more hints would be good, but I also liked that it didn't hold your hand too much, made it little more engaging. One problem was that I wasn't able to talk to that person in lily valley to get my prize when I finished all the quests though.

I'm playing this game and i'm loving it! But there is a part where i'm stuck and it is combining the "Some potion" with another that taste earthly. I think i know what posion is but i need to make it and for that i need berries but i cant find them anywhere (it looks like I used them all) Is there a way to have more berries?
Hi, thank you :D you can get more berries in the hidden small paths,the ones that you can only enter if you're in your cat form. There's the enemy Bitty there but instead of dropping its usual dropped item, it would drop berries there^^
Hello again! I have finished the game and i love it. I loved the ¿Aesthetic? the game has and its all so warm and cozy and AAAAA I LOVE IT. I noticed that the snail that should tell you about the love posion didn't told me anything about it, I just guess what i had to do because of one comment here Another thing is that I dind't know what to do with the lady in the sea, the one that is sleeping (Its the only soul that i couldn't help i think) can you give me a clue?

If you talked to the snail at the northern part first then talk to the snail at the swamp, the snail would tell you about the love potion. But well once they told you the recipe, they won't talk about it again.
The lady at the sea doesn't have any quest to give to you. She's just there lol

I've been playing this game for almost 2 hours now and I think I've found a game breaking glitch. When I talk to the owl in the tent, it goes as usual and teaches me something. However it suddenly prompts another dialogue and I'm stuck in the tent. Stuck as in all the controls do not work. I'm unsure if this is because I carried my save file over from the original to 1.2 but I hope it can be fixed!
Oh thank you for reporting it, can you tell me more details as to what this other dialogue is and what melodies did you learn right before the bug occurred?
And can you also provide a screenshot as well? I'll try to figure out what causes it in the meantime.
I assume that you haven't gotten that "good afternoon" dialogue before? If that's the case then I see what it is now.

The snail on the swamp would tell you about the love potion's recipe if you had already talked to the snail on the northern side of the deeper forest. But well, the snail won't mention the hint twice after telling you the recipe.
I'll give you some little hints: Love potion needs a berry (not telling which one) and an item that would only be dropped by one specific enemy. While poison potion needs two different kinds of items and both should be poisonous. If you're still confused, you can ask for more hints. Good luck with the brewing^^
Now that I've finished the game (the original version), I have to say, this is far more substantial than I was ever thinking it would be. With some added polish and art, it could pretty easily work as a retail game, I think. The pacing was nice, with new areas, items, and mechanics to find pretty consistently throughout the game. I really enjoyed the cute story, the battle art, the enemy designs, and the world.
There were a few things that I think could be improved, some of which seem to have already been. The two later bosses felt a little HP spongey compared to your damage output, but I think you've fixed that already. I found status effects to be a bit too common at times, especially poison, which was a pain when antidotes were so limited. There was also one instance of an enemy (the dreamcatcher one) putting me to sleep so consistently that I was stun-locked to death on turn one. Even with the accessory to reduce sleep chance, I found that I was getting put to sleep very often (I think this item should make you immune personally). Finally, I liked how many skills there were in the game and they all seemed pretty unique, but it did seem like there wasn't quite enough incentive to actually use most of them, because they were either too limited or came with weird drawbacks that made them not worth it. I found myself wishing they were getting stronger over time more often instead.
Outside of battle, besides the question I had already asked and some of the things you already fixed (like healing right at the end), I think things were all pretty good. My biggest critique would just be that the overworld art could be improved to be more in line with the gorgeous combat art, but it looks totally fine for a jam game.
But yeah, overall, this is an awesome game and I was really impressed. Clearly a lot of hardwork was put into it and it turned out as something really cool. If you made this a retail game, I'd pay money for it!

Quick question, how do you get whatever item the "some potion" needs to be combined with? That's the only part of the game I'm confused at. I could keep randomly combining items, but I don't want to keep wasting them.
Ah, that. I'll give you a little clue for now. If you're still confused you can ask for more. It's an enchantment/buffing potion which ingredients are a berry and a dropped item you can only get from one specific enemy.
Ah, there we go. Got it, thanks! Didn't even realize there were any buffing potions. Was wondering what a couple of these items were for.
Ah fair because the buffing potions are rarely being brought up and being referred only once which is in the recipe book's notes.
The NPC that asks you for fruits actually gives some vague hints on how to make these buffing potions but yeah...it's just really too vague
